The cost for our Escape Rooms is $32 per person plus fees. Note: There is a minimum charge of $128 plus fees required which will secure you a PRIVATE room (this is the cost for between 2 and 4 people.)  
We want everyone to have a great time and experience the thrill of being locked in a set of rooms, however, we do always leave the entrance door to the rooms unlocked so that you can leave at any time for any reason. With that said, if you leave the room, we might not be able to let you back in as it could spoil the experience for the remainder of the group.

The absolute maximum in each room is as follows: 12 in Tick Tok, 9 in The Last Resort and 8 in Wrongfully Accused, 10 in Biohazard and 12 in Lost Treasure. If you want to add more people than the maximum that can be booked online, please call us.

Please note that while the rooms can hold more than the recommended maximum number of people from a space perspective, each additional person will leave slightly less for each person to do/be involved in during the experience.

We highly recommend booking your experience in advance.  It is unlikely that there will be availability the day of, but we will be happy to book you in person if there are openings. You can make a reservation over the phone by calling us at (203) 987-2647. We only accept credit cards for reservations regardless of the booking method.
Our games are designed for ages 12 and older.  Any children UNDER the age of 5 can play for free. Please call us at (203) 987-2647 with any questions or concerns.  For Escape Rooms, ALL children under the age of 17 must be accompanied in the room by at least one PAYING parent or guardian who is over the age of 21. 
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session and allow 15 minutes afterwards for a debrief.
No, all of our games are PRIVATE for your party only. There is a 4 player minimum charge of $128 plus fees required for all games. Groups of 2, 3 or 4 will need to pay the minimum.
UPDATE: 5/19/2021 - Until further notice all of our games will be PRIVATE with 4 players required at minimum. Of course. Simply purchase all of the tickets for an Escape Room experience and the room will be all yours. If you are looking to book multiple rooms with the same start time, please call or email and we will help to get that set up.

You can bring your phone in the room with you, but we ask that you do not use it during your experience. If you need to be on your phone, we ask that you step out of the room until you are done.

The main entrance to the building is fully ADA compliant. All of our rooms are accessible and there are accessible restrooms just outside of our entrance. If any members of your group has a disability, please let us know in advance if possible.

We would love to accommodate latecomers, but our games run on a very specific schedule. Late arrivals disrupt the games and generally derail those that began on time and impact the overall enjoyment of the game. So, please ensure your entire group arrives fifteen minutes before you are scheduled to start.

All reservations are final and there will be no refunds or rescheduling. If you have extenuating circumstances, please call us and we will do our best to reschedule your experience.
Yes, we certainly do, and they make GREAT gifts! If you would like to purchase one, please CLICK HERE. Once purchased, you can either send the gift card info directly to your recipient or to yourself and you can then deliver however you'd like. All gift certificates are good for our Escape Rooms in Stamford or Norwalk at any available time and your recipient can either use the voucher number when booking online or call us to make their booking.
